0. Contracting Entity & Scope

These Terms apply to your use of the Immigrate-Anywhere Site and, as applicable, the ImmiSafe Platform. If you enter into any service-specific agreement within the Platform (e.g., an engagement with an independent provider), that agreement governs those services.

1. Nature of Service (No Legal Advice)

ImmiSafe Inc. is not a law firm and does not provide legal or immigration advice, representation, or recommendations. Any advice is supplied solely by independent providers engaged by you through the Platform or otherwise.

2. Provider Relationship

If you engage a provider through the Platform, your relationship is exclusively with that provider under their own engagement documents. ImmiSafe is not a party to such engagements and is not responsible for provider acts or omissions.

3. Licensing of Providers

Providers who offer immigration advice must hold and maintain the appropriate licence (e.g., RCIC, lawyer, Québec notary) and comply with applicable law and regulator codes. The Platform may also host other credentialed professionals (e.g., language tutors, employers, schools) who are not providing legal advice.

4. Payments & Milestones

Payments may be facilitated via escrow-style, milestone-based workflows. Funds are disbursed pursuant to milestone completion or mutual instructions. ImmiSafe does not hold client trust funds in a legal trust capacity.

5. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

• No legal or immigration advice by unlicensed parties.
• No off-platform payments intended to evade Platform protections.
• No misrepresentation of licensing or credentials.
• No unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, infringing, or harmful activity on the Site or Platform.
• No attempts to access non-public areas, disrupt services, or reverse-engineer protected components.
• Provide accurate information when creating accounts, submitting documents, or communicating with providers.

6. Information & Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. If you use the Platform, the ImmiSafe Privacy Policy applies there.

7. Intellectual Property

The Site/Platform and their contents (text, graphics, logos, design) are owned by or licensed to Immigrate-Anywhere/ImmiSafe and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without permission, except as permitted by law (e.g., fair dealing/fair use).

8. Third-Party Links

The Site/Platform may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Review their terms and privacy before use.

9. No Warranties & No Guarantees

• The Site/Platform are provided “as is” and “as available”.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• No guarantees of outcomes, approvals, timeline estimates, or the quality of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImmiSafe’s total liability arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the fees paid to ImmiSafe in the six (6) months preceding the claim. For Site-only use, where no fees are paid, liability shall not exceed CAD $100.

In no event shall ImmiSafe be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-opportunity damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ImmiSafe and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site/Platform or your disputes with providers/third parties.

12. Minors

The Platform is not intended for individuals under the age of 18.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the Site/Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
